Watching siblings close in age is always magical for me. So, when Mary Jane reached out to me about a sibling session for her grandsons, I was immediately excited!
I knew the boys needed some time to warm up & trust me. We walked down to the creek and let the boys play by themselves for a bit before I started to ask them to do specific things for the camera. While the boys played, I was sneaky and caught some action shots. Once they warmed up, I began making suggestions that felt like a game — but they were really photo requests!
Most of what you see in this session is natural behavior for these brothers — they have fun, goof off, explore, and love each other. I love how their personalities and close sibling bond really shine through the photos!
Thank you for taking time to read this blog post!!

Studies show that displaying family photos of parents, of children (all phases – newborn through adolescent), and of the family all together can help to boost a child’s self esteem & confidence. This is what excites me most about my work. As a former art teacher, I love children and want to help you preserve your memories, as well as help your children remember how much they are loved by their family.
