Motherhood minis have always held a special place in my heart, and this year’s session in the garden was no exception. What started back in 2020 as a way to celebrate the beautiful bond between mamas and their little ones has now become a cherished tradition, back by popular demand. Every year, I’m amazed by the love, joy, and connection that radiates from these sessions, and this year was full of sweet moments that were impossible to narrow down to just a few favorites.

This year’s minis were filled with familiar faces, as so many of the mamas who joined me have been part of these sessions since the beginning. It’s always such a joy to watch these families grow, year after year, as we capture new memories in the same garden setting. Some of the little babies I photographed in 2020 are now running around, full of energy and personality! And yet, the bond between these mamas and their little ones remains as strong and sweet as ever.

The garden, with its lush greenery and blooming flowers, provided the perfect backdrop for these moments. There’s something magical about the way the light filters through the trees and the soft petals sway in the breeze. It adds such a dreamy and timeless feel to each photograph. Whether it’s a quiet moment of a mama holding her baby close or a playful scene with giggles and laughter, the garden always feels like the perfect setting to highlight the beauty of motherhood.

One of the most heartwarming aspects of this year’s session was seeing the variety of motherhood experiences represented. From first-time moms cradling their newborns to seasoned mothers with toddlers, every mama brought her own unique story to the session. The smiles, the snuggles, the pure joy—it was all there, and it made this year’s motherhood minis truly unforgettable.

I’m so grateful to all the mamas who have made these sessions such a special part of their lives, year after year. It’s an honor to be trusted with photographing these precious moments, and I can’t wait to share a few of my favorites from this year’s session. There were too many beautiful photos to choose from, but each one is a testament to the strength, grace, and love that defines motherhood.
