Taylor (the bride) and I actually met when she was in a friend’s wedding that we photographed at Graystone Quarry last year. It is the biggest compliment and honor when a bridesmaid in one of our past weddings wants to work with us for her wedding!

Taylor and Josh got married at Scarritt Bennett in Nashville, one of our favorite churches to photograph at. Not only is the ceremony space beautiful – HELLO arched ceiling! – but the grounds offer beautiful light and stunning architecture!

The ceremony was extra special with Josh’s father officiating, making it personal with many sweet stories and sentiments. The group of bridesmaids and groomsmen are also close with one another, and with each other’s families, which made the day extra sweet. I loved documenting everyone’s interactions, seeing them all dance together, and watching their energy and excitement through the whole night!

I LOVED their get away — metallic streamer/poppers for the win! Any couples who love the sparkler look, but whose venues do not allow sparklers, take note!!
