Hello friends! Today we’re sharing a wedding we got to shoot at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Downtown Franklin, full of classic elegance and timeless style.
When we asked Jessica and Jeremy what they liked best about the day, they expressed that the loved the photos in the streets of downtown Franklin. “They fit our classic/timeless feel perfectly and captured how truly overjoyed we were to be married and starting the rest of our lives together!” (Editor’s Note: those shots are my favorite too – reminds me of that iconic 40’s kiss in Times’ Square!)
There was a sense of burgeoning adventure from the start, with these two: after getting engaged at the top of a ski slope at The Canyons in Utah, the wedding day itself was just a continuation of their picturesque style. Shades of ivory, black and gold kept with the timeless romantic feel, and little peeks of greenery added a fresh touch. The ceremony was followed by an intimate reception at Westhaven Golf Club.
“My most vivid memory from the day was waiting in the back of the church with my parents, with my blusher on, stepping out into the narthex of the church, and taking the first few steps down the aisle seeing Jeremy at the end waiting for me,” Jessica describes. Their simple joy is priceless.
