Happy Friday!

Welcome, friends! Today’s couple has the coolest backstory…two people finding love all the way across the world.

She was born in California. He was born in Romania. It wasn’t until both were enrolled in an online program that pairs people with each other across the world who speak different languages, (to enable you to learn from a natural and each practice speaking different languages) that the two became friends. Fast forward a little bit, and she moved to France to teach. He moved to Belgium for work, so naturally she went to visit him…the pieces began to fall into place, bit by bit, weaving these two precious lives together! Now Christine and Laurentieu are engaged and planning their wedding for this spring at the Carnton Plantation here in Nashville! 

I had so much fun shooting this couple’s engagement. It was especially neat to play with the pine-rich atmosphere of Country Cove Christmas Tree farms to create a cosy, romantic moment with them! And don’t miss the cute mugs, a little nudge to the story of how their connection, over thousands of miles, brought them together in love.
