Happy New Year! I know I may be a few weeks late but this is my first blog of 2022 and I couldn’t be more excited! There is so much to look forward to this year.

Oh, I know you have heard the phrase “New year new me” at least once. Thought I’m not a fan of that phrase, I do love a the feeling of chance to start something new or make that thing a priority that you’ve been putting off! It’s understandable that people like new beginnings, they like a fresh new start and that’s what the new year feels like. Many people refer this to personal goals or habits they want to implement but why not start a new year with a fresh take on your home decor…change things up!

It can be mentally & emotionally helpful to refresh the environment you life in every day!

Perhaps you’ve considered redecorating your home but don’t know where to start. Maybe you’ve considered printing some of your family photos and displaying them around your house but simply don’t know where to start. One of my personal favorite decor hacks is a gallery wall. I’m sure you have plenty of photos around you (on your phone, your computer, prints…) that haven’t found a place in your home. Well… this is your chance!

There are so many ways of doing a gallery wall. You can go for all color photos, only black and white… or simply both!

Below is a photo a a client’s gallery wall from December of 2021. This gallery wall is unique in that all the photos included in this design I helped them with are old family photos! Peep my favorite photos of their grandparents’ wedding days! This gallery wall is in their guest bedroom to help their out of town friends & family feel welcomed and at home.
