The newborn stage is one of a kind. I mean yes, there are long sleepless nights. There are days where you feel restless and it feels hard! However, there are so many beautiful things during this phase in a little ones life. These are a few…

• That newborn smell… You know that sweet baby smell that you can’t help but smell.

• Their tiny features. Baby feet, baby hands, tiny noses… How cute are they?!

• Milk comas. It’s adorable watching them sleep and having that milk coma face… you know the one.

• Skin to skin touch. Getting to hold your little one close and feeling their heartbeat next to yours. Priceless.

• That partner bond. There is a really special bond that parents also share during this newborn phase. Nothing brings them closer together than experiencing all these moments, learning and growing together.
