I got to photograph Christine & Laurentiu a few years ago for their engagement session & their wedding. They live out of the country, so when Christine said they’d be back in town for the holidays & wanted to do a Nashville maternity session with me to use as their birth announcement photos, I was so excited to get to see them again & catch up!

These were taken in winter time — just a reminder that even if you think the outdoors are bleak and undesirable for photos in winter, think again! With the right eye, a photographer can find a beautiful & magical place for you to have photos taken any month of the year!

If you look closely at the ultrasound photos, there is a sweet fortune that Christine found in a fortune cookie just a few months prior. It reads “Good luck will come in the springtime” — and that is when their baby is due!!
