There was excitement, a little chaos, and one very emotional big sister who felt everything the second she realized what was happening.

The kind of reaction you can’t plan for — but honestly, the kind you hope for.

The other two kiddos kept things a little more low-key… or at least as low-key as you can be when you’re being told your family is about to grow.

A mix of curiosity, “wait what does this mean for me,” and just going along with it.

Really, and for the youngest who is just a toddler herself – playing with the ultrasound photos was the most exciting part! ha

We didn’t try to make anything overly posed or perfectly timed (because with three kids, that’s a bold goal anyway).

It was more about letting it unfold — a little movement, a few “come back here” moments, and then those seconds where everything lines up just enough.

And those are always the ones that stick.
