The 2024 Let it Snow Minis have been nothing short of magical! It’s hard to believe that these sessions started back in 2020, and each year, they’ve become more of a holiday tradition. This year, we were surrounded by lush pine trees, a blanket of fake snow, and, of course, some of the sweetest families who made the season extra special.

Family photos hold a special place in our hearts all year long, and these photos that have become a holiday tradition for so many families are no exception! The joy, laughter, and love shared in these moments are priceless, and I feel so privileged to document those memories. Many of you returned this year—thank you for letting me be a part of your holiday memories once again. Seeing familiar faces from years past is truly heartwarming, and I am so grateful for your continued trust in me.

As we look forward to the holidays, I can’t help but wonder what next year will bring. Will we continue with the snowy pine tree theme, or perhaps switch it up? Time will tell, but I’m excited to keep this annual tradition going and explore new possibilities for 2025.

The holiday season for me personally is about slowing down to spend time with the ones we love AND welcoming the winter season and acknowledging the cyclical example nature sets for us. As someone who has always identified as a “summer person” – this holiday mini session event serves as a ritual that helps me to get excited about & welcome the beauty and wisdom that the winter season holds.

I hope these family portraits serve as reminders of the beautiful & magic moments shared during this time of year!
