It’s hard to believe, but this year marks the fifth year of our Motherhood Minis in the garden of Franklin, TN, just outside Nashville! Time has flown by, and I’m so grateful to have families like Stacey’s who return year after year. Watching Stacey and her sweet boy grow over the past five years has been such a joy. Their sessions have become a cherished annual tradition, and I love seeing their bond deepen with each shoot.

Stacey and Her Boy: A Beautiful Journey

From our very first Motherhood Minis session back in 2020, Stacey and her son have been the perfect example of why I love these sessions so much. Every year, they show up with the same love and enthusiasm, and it’s been amazing to see their relationship grow as mother & son. They’ve shared so many special moments in the garden—from playful giggles to sweet, quiet snuggles. Each session is a new chapter in their story, and it’s been an honor to capture it all.

The Magic of the Garden Sessions

There’s something truly magical about these sessions in the garden. The fresh air, the beautiful flowers, and the peaceful atmosphere create the perfect backdrop for capturing real, authentic moments. With Stacey and her son, each year has brought something new. Whether it’s discovering a new flower or finding a fun new spot to explore, the garden never fails to bring out their playful side.

Looking Ahead to More Memories

As we celebrate this fifth year of Motherhood Minis, I’m reminded of why I started these sessions in the first place. It’s all about celebrating the special bond between a mother and her children. Although this year’s sessions have come to an end, I’m hopeful we’ll continue this beautiful tradition next year.
