Making Pinterest board dreams come true! I’m sure I am not the only one with 100+ saved boards on Pinterest with all kinds of inspiration, right? By the way, if you want to check out more photo inspo you can find me on Pinterest. I find so much inspiration there, and I love coming up with new ideas, and then bringing those ideas to life!
I’ve been very lucky to have amazing clients who trust me and allow me to get creative! This session was no exception! We were originally planning to meet at my favorite park in town, BUT we could tell that we would be dealing with on & off rain showers throughout the whole afternoon.
This sweet Mom and I talked on the phone and I asked her to send me a photo of their backyard — with the thought process that if we did photos in their yard, we could run outside when it stopped raining & run back inside when the quick showers appeared.
Luckily their backyard was beautiful & had some yellow fall leaves showing off big time! I had seen on this sweet mom’s social media that they had a beautiful kitchen sink with a big window behind it. I ran the idea of a sink bath by mom & she agreed that we could try it – and OH MY GOODNESS, I’m so glad she went with it!
It had been a while since I had a kitchen sink session. — You can check out my other kitchen sink session here — 9 month old IV sure enjoyed getting to play with the water and all the bubbles. We mostly let him play around and splash around the water (supervised of course) and had dad pour some water on his little head. How cute is he?!
This was such a fun session – backyard playing & then sink bubble bath splashing!
If you have a session coming up with me and are interested in doing a sink or bathtub bubble bath for your kiddos — let me know and we can talk through the details!
