Meet Hannah & Cameron

Today’s couple were two of those people who just met and knew, almost immediately, that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. 

Nashville-native bride Hannah describes how she and her husband met, working for a ministry called “Youth With A Mission (YWAM)”, where they began to fall in love. About a year later, Cameron took her on a surprise date…”I love boats and being on the water,” she says, “so he rented a yacht and prepared a fancy picnic to enjoy on our sunset cruise. Just as the sun was setting over the water, he popped the question!” Their wedding was just two months later! 

The wedding took place in January at Battle Mountain Farms, cozy with winter decor, and crisp with a chill blue sky. “We were looking for a barn-style venue,” Hannah and Cameron said, “and we appreciated the amount of time Battle Mountain Farm gives you at the site, as well as the wide open space, beautiful scenery, and extremely accommodating staff. Also, we love farms and hope to live on one someday, so it was a great way to kick off our marriage.” It could not have been a better fit for these two! 

Finally, we asked the bride and groom if they had any advice for future couples, under the stress of wedding preparations, and their response was too good to not share: 

“Everyone wants to give their input into your relationship, but you have to just be yourselves, and recognize that your marriage is not going to be exactly the same as anyone else’s. Choose a few wise people to receive advice from, and then just be YOU. Live your relationship on your own timeline and not the way others think it needs to happen.”

If you can’t already tell, these two are a special couple. Photographing their day was an absolute joy!
