Today’s wedding is a gorgeous one – one of those moments that’s so pungent you just want to soak it all up. Rich with an autumn color palette and deep tonal details, every part of it seemed to only compliment the bounty of beauty already present in nature this time of year! Set at Lillie Belle’s estate in Historic Downtown Franklin, the day was distinguished by plum, navy and russet elements, and classic Franklin charm. We love the intricate historical pieces, maintaining the classic Historic Downtown Franklin vibe that the bride and groom wanted at the heart of their day, and how they contrast with the more clean modern pieces and fresh, vibrant-colored blooms. The reception tied it all together, with an elevated garden-dinner-party vibe, intimate and fun and full of laughter and dancing!
Laura and Jordan shared a little of what they learned through the wedding planning process: “Something will go wrong and not as planned on your wedding day,” they said. “Be prepared to just roll with whatever happens. Enjoy the day, because it passes by way too fast!” They recall scheduling coffee dates to designate time for wedding planning together. “This helped us to focus and accomplish things quickly. During our coffee dates, we would focus on only wedding items. This helped to eliminate excessive wedding talk and planning throughout the work day and week.”
Clearly, they did something right. 🙂
