Have you ever experienced one of those rare moments of pure happiness, that you just keep coming back to think on it? Today’s wedding had a handful of those.
The bride describes her experience like this– “I loved all of the little moments throughout the day! I woke up fairly early the morning of the wedding, and since Chloe was the only dog at home, I spent some quality time with her. My bridesmaids gave me a box of the sweetest letters, and I loved reading those. I loved spending time with our bridal party before the ceremony, and then those moments seeing Drew for the first time were really special…I think I tried to enjoy every second of the day, because I knew it wouldn’t last!” With each person during the day, there was a special memory to remember + treasure for years to come.

Since both bride + groom are huge fans of their college football teams, and their venue doesn’t allow sparklers, they instead got creative and used shakers in their respective school colors for the exit at the end of the night!

Against the brilliant blue sky that day, the subdued color scheme played perfectly. It was an afternoon of country elegance, complete with touches of lace, distressed wood, an elevated photo booth and, of course, lots + lots of amazing flowers and greenery. The Carnton is practically overflowing with gorgeous growth, and it was the perfect finishing touch!
