So much has happen since my last post! Mark and I got married, traveled to Mexico, came back home, moved into our new condo, and have been busy shooting and editing!! We have been blessed with so many wonderful couples this Spring/Summer! — It was hard to try to decide which session to start with.
Enter Kristen and Jeff.  This was a celebration of a different kind of milestone — 6 years of marriage and many more years to come. And the celebration of a marriage seemed appropriate for my first blog post as a married lady 😉

I admire these two. They’ve been through moves, furthering their education, late nights studying, job changes, more moves, new dreams, and so much more than I even know. And through easy days and hard days, they’ve grown together… They live their lives with zeal — the joy and excitement they express over small things in life makes me smile. They didn’t need a big life changing moment to know that this time in their lives deserves remembrance. Celebrating the small things and the ordinary must be at least one of the keys to a happy life and a happy marriage. 😉

I absolutely love that Kristen and Jeff took the time to celebrate/document this season in their lives. The two of them together. The places they love, in the city they call home.

P.S. – tip from the photog: If you are so giddy with excitement about taking photos — go ahead, jump up and down! It will make your photographer feel like a million bucks!  (Thanks Kristen for your enthusiasm — it made taking your all’s photographs that much more fun!)
