Celebrating a first birthday session with sweet Parker!! What a wonderful way to spend a day! This little girl is the light of her parents’ worlds, she is the joy in their laughter. I love to celebrate the milestones, these special moments in the life of a small child… These moments remind me to slow down a bit. When I see a little one digging into her first birthday cake, I am reminded to take my time when I have dinner with a friend, to enjoy the meal and conversation. When I see a sweet baby explore and discover a new toy, I am reminded to take my time when reading a book, to dream about the story, to digest the details. I am reminded just how fragile and precious life is when I’m with a little one, I am reminded to soak it in and enjoy the beautiful moments!
